This is another one of my favorite breakfast smoothies. There ‘s something about the creamy almond milk, with the peanut butter and frozen bananas, that makes for a wonderful treat in the morning. Enjoy!
Creamy Breakfast Smoothie

Total time: 5 minutes
Yield: 2 servings
2 cups unsweetened almond milk (I prefer Trader Joe’s)
1 1/2 frozen ripe banana, pre-sliced before frozen
3 tablespoons old-fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup peanut or almond butter
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons chia seeds
In a blender, combine all the ingredients. Blend until no chunks remain and the mixture is thoroughly incorporated. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
